Holistic Movement: MELT Method 1-1 Sessions
Many of you ask me: "How can I do for my body at home what you do in the office?"
My best answer is MELT. I trained in this method in 2015...and I needed to deepen it for myself over the past several years. It's been calling back to me in deep ways and I have a huge passion to provide MELT as a truly accessible way to help those particularly dealing with low back, abdominal, or pelvic pain. Magical things happen when women gather together...
You want more on the energy side of things? If you have worked with me in the office, my approach is intuitive and grounded. Energy is clinically known as the "Biofield" and is a nationally studied field in the United States. It's not weird and woo for me - otherwise I wouldn't be offering it. And I like to offer an accessible introduction in this way to others, blending it with pelvic bowl anatomy, the nervous system, and energetic self-care. The precise focus and structure of this group is still in the works, but I am envisioning a supportive circle for learning how to care our bodies and souls together through awareness, nervous system movements, holding space for our pelvic stories, and meditations that help us to get and stay grounded in curious, gentle, and respectful ways.
