Four Pillars of Care at Womb Matters:

Picture
  • Manual Therapy (You and me listening together to your body's messages using body sensations, body-centered meditation, gentle holistic touch therapies, and other tools)
  • Movement Medicine (Practice moving through your life in meaningful ways - very little reps and sets in this work.  We're looking to change movement habits and thoughts about our movement for the better, for good!)
  • Cycle-Centered Soul Coaching (Grounding both of the above pillars in the inner wisdom & innate healing abilities of your female body.  Wisdom for living your life in your female body resides specially in the womb space.  What are her messages?  How can you tend to them? )
  • 'Love Is Medicine' (We cannot heal a body that we don't love - this is woven through all of the above pillars)

What can I expect if I come to Womb Matters for my care?

Initial Conversation
The best way to get started and learn more about my practice and what you can expect is to talk to me.  You can schedule a Free 30-minute Discovery Chat so that I can listen to a bit of your story, learn more about your goals, and so that we can discern together if we are a good fit to work together.  There's no pressure here!  I am well-connected in Denver, and I am sincerely interested in pointing you in the best direction for you, even if it doesn't include working with me.

Appointments
All initial appointments are 90 minutes, and follow-up appointments are anywhere from 60-120 minutes, depending on multiple factors.  Each appointment contains about 15-25 minutes of meaningful dialogue and holistic coaching and 45-75 minutes of assessment and treatment including whatever we decide together will serve you best.  This might include pelvic floor/ internal or external work, manual therapies such as maya abdominal massage, osteopathic bone or organ bodywork, muscle and fascial release techniques, body-soul-based meditations, and of course, teaching to empower you to follow through on taking care of yourself at home.

Self-Care Plan
After your session, I send you a Self-Care plan to serve two purposes: to help us understand your body's 'edges' of comfort and discomfort, and to help you follow through on elements that were facilitated in the office.  I expect my clients to take care of themselves and perform their self-care plan.  It usually includes body, mind, and soul tools for practice and is the essential piece for helping your body to shift in more permanent ways.

Kind Words...
"Beth Anne is absolutely brilliant. She creates a safe, nurturing space for profound healing. I went to see her because I was having discomfort in my upper GI, and she not only facilitated curative treatments in the sessions, but she also gave me tools to take with me to continue caring for myself... She tends to the whole person--mind, body, soul. Not only did I feel better in my belly, but I left every session with a keen sense of delight in my femininity." - PR
